NANTIAN operates a quality system to meet the requirements of ISO 9001-2000 in order to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide product that meets customer requirements, and aims to enhance customer satisfaction. All employees are to follow the elements the quality system described here.

The quality system interacts with all employees from sales through final inspection and customer support. It encourages continual improvement of processes. Customer's requirements are an integral part of quality system.
